Mike brings more than 20 years of architecture, development, project management, construction, asset management and sustainability expertise to each client and project. Michael earned a master’s degree in Urban Environmental Systems Management from Pratt Institute and a master’s degree in Sustainability in the Built Environment from The City College of New York. He received his professional Bachelor of Architecture degree from New York Institute of Technology

Bill brings over 20 years of construction experience to the team. During his time as a general contractor and construction manager he has seen the benefit of Air Seal technology and now recommends it as a money saving measure for both the property owner and contractors.

Air Lock building systems, Inc has worked on dozens of properties throughout Suffolk, Nassau and Westchester, creating a complete air seal of the envelope beyond what the human hand and even spray foam can achieve. We look to work with architects, energy consultants, developers and general contractors to create high performance homes.
